Brazil, the worlds top sugarcane producing country is at the forefront of equipment design and technology in order to constantly optimize efficiency in raw material utilization and operational processes. This environmentally friendly project allows for mechanical harvesting where no burning of the fields is necessary and the bagasse is further transformed into electric energy.

This Turnkey package delivers a Sugar Mill with a crushing capacity of 3,000,000 tons of sugarcane per year including all the know-how and equipment necessary to run it. It can transform sugarcane into Hydrated Alcohol, Anhydrous Alcohol, Refined Sugar and Electric Energy for sale. It incorporates over 120 patents and will be delivered in no more than 24 months after signing of the contract.

It includes the building of the installations with reputable suppliers and contractors, detailed supervision of the construction, start-up, administration of the mill, and follow-up consulting. It does not include sugar cane or land.

For a separate fee Muteki can assist in identifying and negotiating the best land opportunities currently available throughout Brazil while considering factors such as land production ratio, logistics and local incentives amongst others. Sugar cane can also be negotiated with independent producers.
